Reasons I Love My Life!

I am so happy these days. It is a nice reminder to me that this has not always been the case. I am truly thankful for the many blessings in my life. I came across this meme and it sums up my philosophy on life these days.

It really is simple to make yourself happy when your brain has the necessary chemicals to do so. I spend every night thinking of the things that make me happy. Sometimes there are big things like watching my sister marry her husband, and other days it is the simple things, like having a delicious lunch with a friend that makes my list. I want to be the kind of person who spreads happiness where ever I go. This doesn't mean I won't have bad days. It just means that I can make it through the bad days, because I know that other days will be brimming with joy. Having a grateful heart has made me feel so much lighter. It has brighten my days and given me a sense of peace.

1. Sprite: She is the sweetest kitty and I love her.
2. I have a job that I love and that fulfills me.
3. My family. They are the best supporters.
4. My friends. I am truly lucky to have some amazing women in my life, and a few gentlemen.
5. Sleep. Without it I go mad.
