So Worth Loving

Last night I was tired and I was watching a show and it hit me. I was lonely. The place in my heart where romantic love lives has been empty and I was aching. I cried a little and reminded myself of all the other kinds of love I have filling up my heart. I don't want to fill my heart with love that isn't real. I don't want to settle, but last night I had an ache in that place that only the ONE can fill.

I decided today I had to wear this new shirt that I purchased from an amazing shop I found via Instagram. God I love my instagram family. The shirt says So Worth Loving! I love it. It is so true. Life can really beat you down and make you think that you aren't loved. I battled this very feeling a year ago. I felt so alone and so unworthy that my depression was deep. I am happy to say that now I am happy and healthy. That doesn't mean that I don't feel pain, sadness, loneliness, and other feelings. Now I can label them and know that I can handle them. I also know they won' t last.

I really have love in my heart. I have an amazing family, awesome friends, Sprite, and great colleagues at work. I am loved. Deeply, unconditionally, and faithfully. Happy Thursday!
